Healthcare has never been just a career for me—it's my calling. For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of caring for patients in many different settings, including primary care, dialysis, behavioral health, travel nursing, and healthcare leadership. Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: I genuinely care about people.

I started We Care Health & Wellness because I wanted to create a practice where patients are known, heard, and cared for—not rushed through an appointment. I wanted the freedom to spend time educating my patients, building relationships, and focusing on prevention, wellness, and long-term health.

Like many entrepreneurs, I didn't begin with unlimited resources. I built this practice while continuing to work multiple healthcare jobs because I believed in creating something meaningful. My vision has always been to build a practice that serves our community with compassion, integrity, and excellence while making quality healthcare more accessible.
